Integrate point tools and servers on-premise and in the cloud with CollabNet Connect

CollabNet Connect /sync aka CCF is CollabNet’s Open Source integration platform for synchronizing artifacts between
CollabNet TeamForge and various other ALM platforms like, HP ALM/Quality Center, MS Team Foundation Server or ScrumWorks Pro in almost real time. Since its original version in 2008, CollabNet Connect has come a long way, synchronizing millions of artifacts in production and delivering many unique enterprise sync features like remote administration, artifact hospital and staging support to our customers.

In the latest CCF 2.1 version, we added another great feature: platform independent graphical field mapping support. We think this feature is so awesome, that we dedicated three blog posts to it. The first one gives you an overview about CollabNet Connect CCF’s exciting history and how its architecture evolved from a local client, Windows-only app to a distributed, platform independent solution without sacrificing rich client features like graphical field mapping. The second one then introduces you to the graphical field mapping feature in detail. If you are still interested and want to know how to solve the most complex integration scenarios with the new feature, check out our third blog post for advanced users.

Please drop a comment if any of your questions regarding graphical mapping stayed unanswered or you want to give other feedback.
