Industrializing Agile Software Delivery with DevOps *Update!

Update 12/07/11: Just coming back from the Gartner’s AADI Summit, it was a great show. There was a fair amount of interest in DevOps at the conference, with Gartner estimating that 40% of enterprises will experiment with DevOps by end of 2012. The sessions hosted by CollabNet (Industrializing Agile Software Delivery with DevOps) was well attended, standing room only – thanks to those of you who attended!   As promised please don’t miss the referenced case study with Deutsche Post.

On Wednesday, November 30th at 1:10pm, I will be leading a 20 minute presentation on the show floor at Gartner’s AADI Summit. If you are attending the Summit, I hope you attend my session, “Industrializing Agile Software Delivery with DevOps,” as well as visit the CollabNet Booth L for interactive DevOps demos and a chance to speak to industry experts about Agile Development, CI, DevOps, ALM and more.

In my session, I will introduce how Enterprise IT departments have increased developer productivity, saved millions, and realized governance by implementing DevOps. I will also talk through examples and best practices learned from Fortune 500 implementations.

With only 20 minutes and so much valuable information, I thought I could share some in-depth information about this exciting and interesting topic here. So please, stay tuned as I will add to this blog after the event so that I am sure to incorporate any questions that the audience may have.

Looking forward to meeting you at the event!
